Need More Sleep?

What do you do if you cannot sleep? Count sheep? Get up and have a hot drink? Go for a long walk? These are age old methods for combating sleep. You need a good imagination to count sheep. And if you are allergic to wool it’s not fun. Having a hot drink may force you to get up to go to the toilet later on that night. And if you go for a long walk at night in your undergarments you could freeze in some parts of the world or get arrested!

What about changing your mattress? Some times many of us have a mattress that is too hard or too soft. It either hurts our back or is too soft that our spine is not supported. Either way we get a sore back in the morning. A few decades ago NASA invented a new mattress. It was designed to be able to absorb G Force pressures when it’s aircraft workers would enter into and leave zero gravity. The substance was called memory foam, and hence memory foam mattresses were born.

These mattresses also circulate air so they breathe more readily than a normal mattress. This prevents them making you too hot or cold. the memory foam also aligns to your shape and it actually supports your spine and posture by adapting to it’s shape. Plus they are also exceptionally comfortable. Try and relax on a memory foam bed and some pillows at a local participating store and you’ll see what i mean.
